Our semi-private coaching sessions give you the guidance and accountability of a coach while training alongside a small group.

Groups are limited to 6 people per session, ensuring every member receives individualized coaching and attention.

What Is Semi-Private Coaching?

Semi-private coaching combines the best parts of personal training and group fitness.

You’ll train in a small group of 3–6 people while a coach guides you through a structured workout designed to improve strength, movement quality, and overall fitness.

Each session includes:

• Structured strength training

• Coaching on form and technique

• Mobility and core work

• Progressive programming

• A motivating training environment

Unlike large group classes, sessions are intentionally kept small so the coach can still correct form, adjust exercises, and provide individual guidance throughout the workout.

This program is ideal for people who:

• Want guidance and structure in the gym

• Feel unsure about what workouts to do

• Want better results than training alone

• Want coaching but don’t want the cost of traditional personal training

Whether you are new to training or experienced, exercises can be scaled to your ability level.

Session Structure

All sessions are programmed and led by a coach, so you can train with intention and confidence. Each session runs approximately 55 minutes and follows a structured format:

Warm-Up

Light cardio and movement prep

Core / Conditioning

Strengthen your foundation and build endurance

Strength Training

Coached compound movements and progressive strength work

Accessory Training

Targeted exercises to support strength and stability

Cool Down

Sessions are limited to 6 members per group.

Coaching Membership Options

2 Sessions Per Week

$399 every 4 weeks

Coaching memberships require an 8-week commitment to allow members time to build consistency and see meaningful progress.

The first 4 weeks are paid upfront, with the remaining 4 weeks billed midway through the program.

Limited Spots Available

Because each session is capped at 6 members, availability is limited.
